Glen Morris Just, 84, passed away peacefully in Purcell, Oklahoma, on February 25, 2026, surrounded by the comfort of the life he built and the family he loved. Born on January 17, 1942, in Collinsville, Oklahoma, to William and Leah (Flaming) Just, Glen grew up rooted in faith, hard work, and community—values that would shape the entirety of his life. He graduated from Collinsville High School in 1960 before earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from Oklahoma State University, beginning a lifelong dedication to the land and to serving others. Glen spent many meaningful years in Collinsville, where he farmed and later founded a real estate and appraisal business. His steady integrity and work ethic earned the trust of neighbors and clients alike. He believed deeply in giving back and was actively involved in his community through leadership and membership roles with the Collinsville Chamber of Commerce, Verdigris Valley Electric Cooperative, Lions Club, USDA Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service – Tulsa County, and Westport Mennonite Brethren Church. Upon moving to Purcell, he continued his real estate and appraisal work, remaining a quiet pillar of dependability and wisdom for those around him. Glen is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Joyce Just of Purcell; his brother, Richard E. Just (Janet) of Divide, Colorado; and his children and their spouses: William B. Just (Elizabeth) of Leesburg, Virginia; Heidi Ahrens Arvidson (Todd) of Purcell, Oklahoma; Ingrid Ahrens Massey of Owasso, Oklahoma; Kristina Just Wolov (Matt) of Rockwall, Texas; and seven grandchildren: Keslar A. Just, William C. Just, Gage Arvidson, Sofie Massey, Jacob Wolov, Brandon Wolov, and Caroline Wolov. Glen was preceded in death by his parents and infant twin sisters. In retirement, Glen found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved spending time on the golf course, working on projects—often with grandchildren by his side—watching rodeo events on television and listening to music. More than anything, he treasured time with his family and friends, passing along lessons not only about work and responsibility, but humility and quiet strength. Glen’s life was marked by steady devotion—to his family and community and the values he held dear. His legacy lives on in the many lives he shaped through his kindness, example, and enduring love.
