Natalie,Samantha,Matthew,Kara Leon

Natalie Marie Leon age 8, Samantha May Leon age 7, Matthew Zackary Leon age 5 and Kara Lily Leon age 3, all of Newcastle, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2012 following a house fire in OKC. The accident also took the life of their dear mother, Jeanine Bonnet age 28. Natalie, Samantha and Matthew were born to parents Matthew Leon and Jeanine Bonnet. Kara is the only child of Matthew Leon and Jessica Petersen. Natalie the oldest was born on May 6, 2004 in Reno, NV. Samantha the 2nd child was born on July 8, 2005 also in Reno, NV. Matthew the only boy and the 3rd child was born on March 20, 2007 in Carson City, NV. and Kara the baby and 4th child was born on January 1, 2009 in Reno, NV. Matthew and Jessica Leon moved to Newcastle, OK in 2008 with the Leon kids. Two years later their mother, Jeanine Bonnet and her fiancé Brian Poletto also moved to Oklahoma just to be close and help raise the children. Using the children's own words, they considered themselves very special because they had, not one, but two sets of parents that loved them very much. The two families' remained friends and shared their love and equal time with the children on regular bases. Over the Christmas holidays they were snuggled in bed with their mother at her home in OKC when the fire accident occurred. Natalie, Samantha and Matthew were currently students at the Newcastle Grade School. Natalie was in Mrs. Schoenfeldt's 2nd grade class; Samantha was in Mrs. Stewart's 1st grade class; Matthew attended Mrs. Ott's kinder garden class and Kara stayed at home with Grandma Franki. The children loved going to school during the week and on Sunday's they couldn't wait to get to Sunday school and church at Summit Church in Newcastle. They were normal kids that loved to pig out on donuts and watch cartoons on TV. They often had their squabbles like most siblings do but their love for one another was unseparateable. Only God can take the pain away and heal the sorrow that we feel in our hearts at this time. Please keep us in your prayers and thank you friends and family that are helping us get through this crisis. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013 at Summit Church in Newcastle, OK. Arrangements are by Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Newcastle.
