Bryan Lee Jenkins

Bryan Lee Jenkins, 63, of Goldsby, Oklahoma, was delivered into the arms of his Heavenly Father on Friday, March 20, 2026. Bryan was born on Monday, June 11, 1962, at Fort Stewart Army Base in Georgia to Robert Lee (Bob) and Robbie Jean Jenkins. He attended Norman Public Schools, where he participated in 4-H and FFA, serving as FFA president his senior year. Soon after graduation, he joined the volunteer fire department, and his servant’s heart kept him there for several decades. He married his wife, Sandra, in June 1986 on a typical Friday the 13th. Together, they enjoyed raising their three beautiful children and traveling—mostly within driving distance. Bryan farmed with his parents and worked for Masters Mechanical before beginning his long career with the Cleveland County Fairgrounds in 1987. There, he brought an unparalleled level of passion, commitment, and steady leadership. Bryan worked hard in all aspects of his life, whether in his career or hobbies. He loved farming with his family and was looking forward to harvesting wheat this summer— “combine, combine, combine.” He was an active member of the Canadian Rivers Old Iron Club and enjoyed pulling his Allis-Chalmers tractors with his wife and friends on weekends. Bryan loved Goldsby Baptist Church, where he was a familiar, friendly face, greeting others and helping with donuts and coffee on Sunday mornings. His greatest pride and joy, however, was his family. From monthly birthday parties to spontaneous ice cream dates, he never missed an opportunity to spend time with his favorite people. Whenever help was needed, Bryan was just a phone call away—whether it was letting the dog out, mowing the lawn, or building a fence, he always showed up. He treated his brothers at the Goldsby Fire Department the same way. Though he was quick to tease and joke with them, he loved and trusted them deeply. Bryan is survived by his wife, Sandra “Sandy” Jenkins, of the home; daughter Brittany Jenkins and her daughter Emma of Norman; daughter Brandy Jenkins and Michael Tagmir, with children Aubry and Joel, of Norman; son Brenton Jenkins and his wife Jordan, with children Baylee and Beckett, of Middleberg; and bonus daughter Erin Seapy of Edmond. He is also survived by his parents, Robert and Robbie Jenkins of Goldsby; sisters Carol and Marvin, Lorie and Greg, and Charlotte and Joe; brother Robert (Earl) and Jennifer; nieces and nephews Mitchell and Kasey, Matthew, Brandon and Renee, Michelle and Adam, Ashlee, Abigail, and Tyler; along with countless extended family members and friends whom he cherished. He was preceded in death by his mother- and father-in-law, Charles and Joyce Coles of Noble. Services will be held Wednesday, March 25, at 10:00 a.m. at Goldsby Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Goldsby Fire Department or Goldsby Baptist Church.
